Thank you very much for your letter of January 19 in response to my memorandum of December 21 in which you provide me with details on the questions we received about the application for a construction permit for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. I greatly appreciate the information that you have provided on that situation and on the changes since the time of the initial letter which was written to us.
