SURRY POWER STATION UNIT .1 OWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORT As allowed by ASME Code Case N-532-1, "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission as Required by IWA-4000 and IWA-6000,Section XI, Division 1," the Form OAR-1 for Surry Unit 1 refueling outage SIR20 is enclosed. This document contains reporting requirements for the first period of the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 1 from December 4, 2004, through the duration of the S1 R20 refueling outage completed on May 27, 2006. The first period ends on October 13, 2006.

Note 1: Many exams presently scheduled are required only ifcomponent is disassembled for maintenance.

Total examinations and percentages required may change according to maintenance activities.

Note 2: The Class 1 leakage test is required to be performed every refueling outage. The numbers and percentages represent the total number of refueling outages planned for the 4th Interval. The reactor coolant system VT-2 exam, 1-PT-11, was performed on May 23, 2006.

Note 3: Total examinations required may change dependent on the S/G Eddy Current Program.

Exams are required only when a pump is disassembled for maintenance.

Note 5: The numbers and percentages represent the total number of periods over the inspection interval. All 1st Period Class 2 and 3 System Pressure Tests are scheduled for completion by the end of the 1st Period, October 13, 2006.

Note 6: Deferral is permissable.
