A trip occurred at 0455

'on June 3rd due to undervoltage on 4KV Bus 22 when No. 22 feedwater pump g ,j motor failed. The unit was returned to service at 1000 the same day but

-was limited to about 60% power (with only one feedwater pump) until June 19th r-when the repaired motor was returned to service.
