We note that the matter of SECY 83-500 (the Staff proposal addressed in these documents) is no longer predecisional, as the Commission has acted upon the matter.

We request fee waiver. CBG is a party to the UCLA proceeding, and is preparing a report on the issue of sabotage requirements for research reactors for the use of the Commission, Congress, and the press. The material requested is necessar. for both matters.
