dated March 10, 2022 Per the Reference above , Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) is submitting 32CFR117 Compliance Plan , GLEP-00082-R , Rev. 0. GLE is requesting NRC to concur with GLE's approach and assumptions . Additionally , GLE is submitting 9 requests for waivers. GLE is requesting approval of those waivers . To meet the timeline of 180 days from March 10, it is important that GLE know that the NRC has approved the Compliance Plan and waivers.

Per the Reference above, Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) is submitting 32CFR117 Compliance Plan, GLEP-00082-R, Rev. 0. GLE is requesting NRC to concur with GLE ' s approach and assumptions. Additionally, GLE is submitting 9 requests for waivers. GLE is requesting approval of those waivers. To meet the timeline of 180 days from March 10, it is important that GLE know that the NRC has approved the Compliance Plan and waivers.

All updates will be submitted to the NRC.
