Through discussions with the NRC and reviews by NRC personnel several changes were made to the SPPP (GLEP-00100-R) as noted in references 2-6. GLE is submitting this revision as a result of discussions with the NRC Region II staff during the recent Facility Security Clearance, Operational Readiness Review (ORR).

Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) originally submitted a new Classified Matter Transportation Plan (GLEP-00101-R-Revision 0) in August of 2023 (Ref. 7). Through discussions with the NRC and reviews by NRC personnel several changes were made to the Transportation Plan (Ref. 8). GLE is submitting this revision as a result of

discussions with the NRG Region II staff during the recent Facility Security Clearance, Operational Readiness Review (ORR).

The enclosure(s) to this transmittal contains the full SPPP and a Red-Lined markup of the revision, and Classified Matter Transportation Plan which are marked as Security Related Information.
