Global Laser Enrichment LLC (GLE) submitted a new Security Plan for the Headquarters facility in August (Ref. 2). As part of that submission GLE is submitting an update to the 32CFR 117 Compliance Plan incorporating changes as per R eference 1, and the new Headquarters SPPP, GLEP-00100-R. Part of this submission is recognition of the approved Waivers, disapproval, and partial disapproval of two Waivers, completion of some of the committed actions.

Additionally, as noted in the previous revision, there are a few areas where GLE is seeking additional information from NRC to ensure our compliance. These are captured in Section VIII, page 33. This plan is submitted for your approval.
