Dear Madame,

Attached is GLE's cyber security plan which incorporates the new GLE Headquarters (HQ) facility. GLE submits this document for NRC approval and Auth orization to Operate our classified network upon approval of the Facility Clearance for the HQ facility. This document is being submitted as a supplement to the SPPP submittal for the HQ facilit y made on August 25, 2023.. In the near future GLE will submit the Risk Analysis and ST&E controls summary which will also incorporate the HQ facility.

GLE notes that the Facility Clearance will need to be approved prior to the A TO a classified network at the HQ facilit y.
