(U) SUBMISSION OF THE STANDARD PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES PLAN (SPPP) FOR THE GLOBAL LASER ENRICHMENT LLC TEST LOOP FACILITY WILMINGTON, NC The recent revision to the SPPP contains the exclusion of the FGE building as a GLE cleared space. The SPPP has been reformatted from its previous version to correspond with most recent SPPP Guide sections and required information.
