Updated Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for Cameco Enrichment Holdings II LLC Cameco Enrichment Holdings II, parent of Global Laser Enrichment (GLE), has replaced one manager on the Board of Managers. The current manager is Mr. Pavlick. He is also a US citizen. The personnel change is captured in the attached OODEP and Affidavit.

Please update the previous submission with this OODEP.

Cameco Enrichment Holdi~gs TI LLC AFFIDAv,r I, Jenny Hoffman, state as foliows:

(1) I am Secretary and Treasurer of Cameco Enrichment Holdings II LLC ("CEH") and have the function of reviewing the information described in paragraph (2) which is sought to be withheld, and am authorized by CEH to apply for its withholding.

(2) The information sought to be withheld is contained in the. updated OODEP for the CEH submission of Foreign Ownership, Control, and Influence (FOCI) information as part of Global Laser Enrichment Facility Clearance update.

(3) In making this application for withholding of confidential commercial information of which. it is the owner, CEH relies upon the exemption from disclosure set forth in the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 USC S~c. 552(b)(4), and NRG .

regulations 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4), and 2.390(a)(4) for "commercial or financial information obtained from *an individual and privileged or confidential" (Exemptiori 4), as well as personal privacy information (Exemption 6). The material for which exemption from disclosure is here sought is all "confidential commercial information" thaf constitutes *material non-public information regarding a subsidiary of a publicly traded company.

I (4) The information sought to be withheld is considered to be confidential commercial information because it reveals confidential (a) commercial and/or financial information regarding the operations., plans and commercial strategies of CEH and its related joint venture entities and affiliates; (b) security-related information, and (c) personal.privacy information of individuals.

(5) To address 10 CFR 2.390(b)(4), the information sought to be withheld is being submitted to NRG in confidence. The information is of a sort customarily held in confidence by CEH and its affiliates, and is in fact so held. The information sought to be withheld has, to the best of my knowledge and belief, consistently been held in confidence by GLE, no public disclosure has been made, and it is not available in public sources. All disclosures to third parties, including any required transmittals to NRG, have been made, or must be made, pursuant to regulatory provisions .or confidentiality agreements which provide for maintenance of the information in confidence.

(6) Public disclosure of the information sought to be withheld is likely to cause substantial harm to CEH's competitive position and foreclose or reduce the availability of profiHnaking opportunities. Additionally, public disclosure would reveal personal privacy information and*potentially ~educe information security.
