Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) originally submitted a new SPPP for the new HQ building in August of 2023 (Ref. 1 )..Subsequently, NRC responded to GLE with several requests for additio*nal information (RAI) (Ref. 2). A response to those RAls was submitted on Jan.
8; 2024 (Ref. 3). GLE re-submitted the SPPP and RAI response summary in Reference
- 4. Again after subsequent phone call, GLE made two additional changes and is re-submitting the SPPP for HQ to reflect those two changes.
The enclosure to this transmittal contains the* full SPPP which is marked as Security Related Information.
