Docket 70-7033 Draft SNM-7006 (U) Answers to Request for Additional Information for Compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, "National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual" and submission of Global Laser Enrichment LLC Compliance Plan.
Ref: Letter from D. Parsons to P. Jenny, Request for Additional Information Regarding GLE Compliance Plan, dated August 10, 2022 Per the reference above, Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) is submitting our answers to the NRC's request for additional information. GLE is requesting NRG to concur with GLE's approach and assumptions. GLE is also requesting approval of the 9 requests for waivers of which GLE is providing further justification as requested for three of those waivers. To meet the timeline of November 30, it is important that GLE know that the NRG has approved the Compliance Plan and waivers.
Pending further discussion, GLE may request additional time for compliance.
The enclosure of this transmittal contains the answers to the requests for additional information which is marked as Security Related Information.
