Ref: Letter from D. Parsons to P. Jenny, Request for Additional Information Regarding GLE Compliance Plan, dated August 10, 2022

Per the reference above, Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) is submitting our answers to the NRC 's request for additional information. GLE is requesting NRG to concur with GLE's approach and assumptions. GLE is also requesting approval of the 9 requests for waivers of which GLE is providing further justification as requested for three of those waivers. To meet the timeline of November 30, it is important that GLE know that the NRG has approved the Compliance Plan and waivers. Pending further discussion, GLE may request additional time for compliance.

The enclosure of this transmittal contains the answers to the requests for additional informat ion which is marked as Security Related Information.
