(U)Submission for Approval of Revision 2 to the Standard Practice and Procedures Plan (SPPP) for Global Laser Enrichment Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) is submitting a revision to the SPPP. This revision covers several areas:
Revisions needed to comply with 32CFR117 implementation Revisions to clean up references to a "DoD" area which does not exist Revisions to accurately reflect the new security infrastructure This revision is a substantial change and requires NRG approval per 1 0CFR95.19. GLE requests approval prior to January 29, 2023.
The enclosure of this transmittal contains the full SPPP which is marked as Security Related Information.
