Jenny to NSIR dated Feb. 28, 2024 Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) originally submitted a new SPPP for the new HQ building in August of 2023 (Ref. 1 ). Through discussions with the NRC and reviews by NRC personnel several changes were made to the SPPP as noted in references 2-5. GLE is submitting this revision due to requests by New Hanover County personnel.
The enclosure to this transmittal contains the full SPPP which is marked as Security Related Information.
