I enclose herewith the response o'f Virginia Electric and Powce Company (Vcpco) to the subpoena duces tecum issued by the Atomic Caf ety and. Licensing Board in this proceeding at the request of the United States Department of Justice, as modified by the Board's order of January 8, 1973 and your letter of. April 16, 1973.

~ Pursuant to the subpoena, as modified, Stanley Ragone, Senior Vice President in charge of Power files the affidavit describing the e: tent of the review performed by Vepco officials.

As the result of the review, no cocuments were identified that fell within the scope of the subpoena as modified.

This constitutes full compliance by Vepco with the subpoena.
