Dear Sir:

In reference to our non-compliance notification letter dated March 25, 1982, please be advised of compliance with our pil limits on the subject discharge. As noted in the letter, the duration of our pil excursion was expected to continue until the algal problem subsided.

s

  • "- As of April 18, 1982, daily sampling for pil indicates compliance with specified pli limits. It has been our experience, however, that during warm, sunny weather, algal populations tend to adversely affect pH. This situatia could re-occur at which time you will be advised.

If we can be of further assistance or answcr any questions, please advise.

Verf truly yours,

?)t)
