The CEA drive syster was olaced in "off" and all I Lo CEAs were fully withdrawn as recuired by T.S. 3.1.3.1 until corrective action I o s I was conoleted. CMI was restored on 8-21-79. Tnis is not a recetitive event.

The Deviation Outout Staces failed to conduct I , 3l sufficiently to initiate a CMI.
