The deposition will relate to your activities during and knowledge of the construction of the Comanche Peak nuclear project. Among other things, it will relate to l

deficiencies in supplied materials, welding problems and deficiencies, document falsification, pressures placed on inspectors by supervisory personnel, failure to resolve NCRs promptly, and other construction and quality assurance / quality contro'l failures. You should be prepared to state your knowledge of any such matters and to answer questions as to the date, location, and circumstances of each.
