Reconstitution of Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board a
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the authority conferred by 10 CFR S2.787(a), the Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Panel has reconstituted the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board for this operating license proceeding.
At the request of Dr. W. Reed Johnson to be replaced on the Board, the Chairman has assigned in his stead Howard A. Wilber.
As reconstituted, the Appeal Board for this proceeding will consist of the following members:
