The deposition will relate to your activities during and knowledge of the construction of the Comanche Peak nuclear project. Among other things, it will relate to deficiencies in pipe whip restraints, moment restraints, inadequate quality assurance / quality control, particularly with respect to pumps, and o'cher construction ~and quality assurance / quality control failures. You should be prepared to state your knowledge of any such matters and to answer questions as to the date, location, and circumstances of each.
