NRC STAFF NOTICE OF APPEAL FROM ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ADMITTING AMENDED CONTENTION Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. I 2.714a, notice is hereby given that the NRC Staff takes an appeal from the Memorandum and Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued on October 30, 1986, as modified by a Memorandum and Order issued on October 31, 1986, which admitted an amended contention submitted by Consolidated Intervenors in the Comancho Peak Unit 1 construction permit amendment proceeding.
