These indices are intended to assist Intervenors in the discovery process and provide a means of comprehensively organizing, identifying and making promptly retrievable the raw data underlying the PSR.
The indices will be maintained and periodically updated by TU Electric in the Document Room in Dallas, Texas.
Finally, TU Electric has established a computer link between its Document Room in Dallas and the data base maintained by the TU Electric Document Control Center ("DCC") on site.
Upon five days notice to the TU Electric contact referenced below, TU Electric will provide a trained computer operator to access the DCC data base.
All arrangements for reviewing the documents and indexes and for access to the DCC data base should be inade directly by Intervenors through TU Electric's point of contact, Debra 1
