NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL The undersigned counsel hereby withdraw as the attorneys of record for petitioners Citizens for Fair Utility Regulation (CFUR), the Greater Fort Worth Sierra Club, the Comanche Peak Citizens Audit (CPCA), the "Individual Residents" and the "Second Group of Individual Residents."
Since July 8, 1988 the petitioners and the undersigned counsel have diligently searched for suitable replacement counsel, but such efforts have been unsuccessful.
