William H. Burchette:
District of Columbia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of North Carolinn Foster De Reitzes:
New York Court ;f Appeals, District of Columbia Court of AppeclG Michael N. McCart;y:
District of Columbia Court of Appeals These special appearances are being entered soley for the purpose of representing the interests of applicant Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc.
(" Tex-La") in connection with matters raised in a pleading filed June 19, 1987 by applicant Texas Utilities Electric Company ("TUEC") and styled as " Applicant Texas Utilities Electric Company's Petition for Directed Certification of LicenEing Board Order of March 12, 1987."
Generally, Tex-La has been represented in these licensing proceedings by the attorneys responsible for prosecuting the operating license application on behalf of all the joint owner-applicants.
In the instant matter, however, a discovery dispute has arisen in which there is
. l evident disagreement between applicants TUEC and Tex-La.
The attorneys prosecuting the joint license application have elected to represent TUEC exclusively in the subject discovery matter, thereby necessitating a special appearance by the undersigned counsel on behalf of Tex-La.
Respectfully submitted,
