3 FEDERAL REGISTER HOTICE (June i Prehearing Conference)
The public prehearing conference previously scheduled for May 11, 1988, has been rescheduled to June 1, 1988.
We will conduct oral argument concerning consolidation of the two captioned cases and will clarify, to the extent that is currently feasible, the order in which specific issues may be litigated.
The conference is scheduled for 9 am to 1 pm in the Gallery Ballroom of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel and Towers, 400 North Olive Street, Dallas, TX 75201.
