Gentlemen:
TU Electric appreciates the opportunity to comment on the current SALP process.
We have been favorably impressed with the revisions to the SALP process. We believe the revisions to the process have more properly distributed the functional areas into four relatively equal components and helps us to focus our resources in the appropriate areas of the SALP.
TU Electric has similarly been favorably impressed with the directness of the abbreviated SALP Report and the candid dialogue at the SALP presentation meetings.
TU Electric is concerned that the SALP process and the new Integrated Performance Assessment Program (IPAP) appear to be redundant in both the function and scope. TU Electric is concerned about the effects of this 9508300233 950825 (DR ADOCK 05000445 U
