1. Ga Teonnologies Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gulf .

Oil Corporation. Bechtel. Power Corporation le not an owner of record of Gulf stock. Gulf has no way of knowing whether Bechtel family members own Gulf stock. 'However, the ownership.of*0ulf stock by all'individuais named 4 "Bechtel'.' is less !than one-half of one percent.

2. There. have been no contacts between TPT or any division of GA Technologies and Bechtel on the* 21mner Project, I l Engineering services provided to Bechtel for the past three , c .,
