-Your letter of May 3,1988 to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) has been referred to_me for. reply. In your letter you requested infomation regarding radiation exposure at the Oyster Creek nuclear plent during the years 1980 and 1983.- You also requested a copy of tne Systematic Assessment of Licensee Perfomance report for the same period.

Enclosure 1 provides surrary reports regarding the radiation exposure experience at U. S. nuclear power plants during the years 1980 throach 1983.

Oyster Creek is discussed both generally and specifically in these reports.

Similar sumaries of exposure data are published by the NRC in annual volumes of NUREG.0713, "0ccupatior,al Radiation Exposure at Comercial Nuclear Power Reactors,(year): Annual Report." The data used for these sumaries are provided by the licensees pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulatieris, Section 20.407(10CFR20.407)andNRCRegulatoryGuide(RGT1.16.

Enclosure 2 provides conies of the 10 CFR 20.407 and RG 1.16 reports received from the licensee for Oyster Creek from 1980 through 1983. Enclosure 3 provides copies of the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance report for the same period.
