5 The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC no later than Fay 27, 1983.
At the present time, four (4) thermowells and seven (7) RTD's (of the 22 total RTD's) remain to be installed to complete corrective action. Due to restrictions p hced on entering the RTD cabinets during testing, completion of corrective action is anticipated by July 25, 1983.
Therefore, a Final Peport will be submitted to the USNRC by August 12, 1983.

Dear Mr. Collins:

5 The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Report to the USNRC no later than Fay 27, 1983.
