This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, as amended.

I would like to obtain a copy of any correspondence between UCI.A and HRC concerning the deconsnissioning of the UCLA nuclear research reactor.

I am interested only in any such documents which have not been served on the parties in the UCLA reactor relicensing proceeding, and which have been generated in the past six months.

The Comalttee to Bridge the Gap is the Intervenor in the UCLA reactor relicensing proceeding. Any documents obtained through this request will be used for the purposes of that proceeding and in the public Interest.

I therefore request a waiver on production costs.
