Judge aohn rrye, As a UCLA student and a citizen of the West Los Angeles- Santa Monica area, I an deeply opposed to the relicensing of the nuclear reactor on campus.

I have become aware of the many flagrant and reckless safety violations sur-l wunding the reactor and the fact that is is an unneccesary risk. -~

There is clearly no need for a reactor on campus and I believe it would l be in the school's and the public's interest to shut the reactor down permantly.

There are too many safety violations to be listed here. I would hope that you would acquaint yourself with these issues before ruling on ti2e reactor.

I I Please bear all these factors in mind and decline relicensing and, remove l this public safety menace from the public. Thank you.
