OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR MARCH 1998 The Unit began the month operating at 100 percent power. On March 17, 1998 at0116 hours, Turbine stop valve #1 was identified to be at 80% open. As a result, power level was reduced to approximately 90% at 1500 on March 17. After evaluation of the system configuration, reactor power level was increased on March 27. At 2100 on March 28, reactor power level of approximately 98% was obtained; this power level was maintained for the remainder of the month.
