Harris is currently seeking approval from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA),

the State of North Carolina, and the affected counties regarding its Alert and Notification Systems change. Once these approvals are obtained, the LAR will be submitted to NRC for review. The NRC staff will provide an estimate of the review schedule after completing an acceptance review of the licensee's submittal.

No regulatory decisions or commitments were made at the meeting. No members of the public were in attendance and no comments were provided.
