It was discovered that the detector pig contained some moisture prcbably due to a steam leak near the sensing line. The containment sample point was shifted, the pig was dried out, and the moni*wr was returned to service. Shortly thereafter, the detector tube failed possibly as a j result of the moisture damage. A new detector tube was installed and the monitor again returned to service. The steam leak is scheduled to be repaired during the next few weeks, altncugh the shift in the detec'wr samoling point seems to have solved the moisture problem.(Westinghouse Model 1345 P/N 2372A80-H01) .
