On March 2, 1976 we reported to you an abnormal occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit I concerning the failure to perform daily pilot cell ~ '

voltage readings for the station batteries as required by Technical I Specification 4.6.2.1. Attached find our report on this incident in I accordance with Technical Specification 6.12.3.1.
