Dear Ms. Noodhead,

I recieved the materials dated Aug. 1. 1979 on Aug. 25. I under-stand frcm these that you needa statement from me concerning the date I mailed my petition concbrning Allen's Creek.

I wrote it on July 10 and mailed it on July 11, 1979 believing that this would give it time to reach you prior to July 18. If you like I can get a signed statement from the secretary who zeroxed my 20 copies off when she comes back from her vacation.

I know you are swamped but if possible I would like to know how long it takes this letter to reach you. Some of my mail from NRC seems to come in a few days and some takes much, much longer.

I will mail you my suplementary statement containing at least one litigable contention within the next week.
