Dear Mr. Purple:
Would you please tell me the location of the facilities for which six active Construction Permit applications are pending (for eleven plants) and the date each vias filed?
Also, would you please tell me the difference between an Operating License and a Manufacturing License? Where would the eight floating nuclear plants be built; when was the ML application submitted; and by whom was it submitted?
