Vent stack     5A               wide Range   Gas Monitor (WRGM), glWV-3547-1, was declared     inoperable               under   Technical Specification 3.3.3.11, Radioactive Gaseous                   Effluent Monitoring Instrumentation, on April 12, 1988.
