SPECIAL REPORT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 4.4.5.5.a The first in-service inspection of the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant steam generators was completed on September 12, 1988.
All steam generators were'inspected in accordance with the schedule set forth in Table 4.4-1 of Technical Specifications and the requirements of I.E.Bulletin 88-002.
The following number of tubes were plugged in each steam generator.
Steam Generator No. of Tubes Plu ed 1A-SN 1B-SN 1C-SN The 45 day reporting requirement of I.E.Bulletin 88-002 will be submitted under separate cover.
The complete steam generator tube in-service inspection results will be submitted within 12 months as required by Specification 4.4.5.5.b.
