Following the repair on the primary coolant pump leakoff line, the reactor went critical on October 15 at 1300 hours. The Unit went online October 15 at 2339 hours. The Unit reached 80 percent power while repairs were made on a heater drain pump. Repairs were made and the power escalation resumed on October 21.
