"This discovery was made'during the early stag:s of a licensee cable tracing inspection program initiated when two" examples of sin 11ar misrouting were discovered by the licensee,in May,1986 (reported in LER 86-10).- .

generator. pressure, steam generator full range level channel A and B, cold leg stemptrature channel B, and makeup tank level channel C.
' Region V has received additional preliminary information from the licensee which indicates that the misrouted pressurizer level cable had originally been. discovered by

'the licensee in 1984 or 1985. Corrective action was reportedly fonnulated and e ,
- documented as completed, but not actually performed. This mistake appears.very similar-, ~,
