Rancho Seco. The schedule which accompanied the announcement includes the SMUD Board agreeing by June 20 to enter into exclusive negotiations with Quadrex; the Chairman of ]'
Quadrex, Mr. William Derrickson, to assume duties at the site as CEO Nuclear during the week of July 10; the transfer of the operating license to Quadrex by October 15; and restart of the plant by November 1,1989.
