SUBJECT:
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE FOUND IN PROTECTED AREA On Monday, November 24, 1986, at approximately 7:20PM PST, a security guard found a plastic bag with less than an ounce of organic material, later analyzed as marijuana, within the protected area by a vital area gate on the turbine deck. Through computer access records, escurity personnel limited suspects to three contractor personnel who had been using the vital area gate in the period immediately preceding the discovery. ,
Up:n questioning, two of the three individuals denied any knowledge of the marijuana,' but
. ths third admitted bringing the bag onsite in his sock. The individual admitting passession was an employee of Nuclear Plant Services, a craft labor contractor. This individual was removed from the site and has been denied further site access.
