- densate storage tank during excavation for inspe.ction of the pipe on January 25, 1980.

A second pin hole leak was uncovered as excavation continued on January 27,19Pa.

Sacples of the sr.il in the vicinity of the leek were taken and indicated a maximum value of 3.7 E-3 iicrocuries por gram. Cun Lucinated soil was removed. A snil sample on February 4, D30, indicated no levels above background. On Februar/ 13, 1980, at 1900 hou s aro .her 1chk was discovered in a 10 inch line also connected tn the con-densato storage tank. All centamirated soil from this leak was also removed. The storags '.cnh wcs er;: tied each tics to repair the leaks. The underground piping will be rep!a:ed duri..g tM re'ueling outage currently in progress.
