DETONATION IN AUGUMENTED OFF-GAS SYSTEM The licensee reported that at 2:03 a.m. on March 17, 1978, a detonation in the Augmented Off-Gas System (A0G) took place. No injuries or releases '
occurred from this event. The A0G system was placed in service on March 15,1978 and was being tested prior to turnover to the licensee. I No source of the detonation or any structural or equipment damage has '
been determined. An investigation is underway. The off* gas' system was
