Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Quadrennial Simulator Certification Report for Three Mile Island Unit 1 i The purpose of this letter is to submit the Quadrennial Simulator Certification Report for Three Mile Island Unit I pursuant to 10 CFR 55.45(b)(5)(ii) and (vi). The report contains a description and the results of performance testing completed for the simulation facility. It includes a j description of the performance tests, if different, to be conducted on the simulation facility during' the subsequent four-year period, and a schedule for the conduct of approximately 25 percent of the performance tests per year for the subsequent four years.
