- During our ongoing meetings with the NRC Region lll staff, we indicated that revisions were being made to the Restart Plan. Those revisions have been completed and the updated Restart Plan is attached for your information.
Generally, the revisions include (1) establishment of a Restart issues Review Committee, (2) a better defined post restart process, (3) a four step close out plan for restart items, (4) a matrix of weaknesses identified in the Reference 2 CAL and which Restart Action Plans address those weaknesses and (5) readiness measures which are the performance indicators targeted for unit restart. '
We will review each of these changes with the NRC Region til staff on AiGW' o \
' August 28,1997, during our monthly performance meeting. #
