< 'rdance with the November 26, 1985 memorandum from A. V. Cook, we have ed the following trip report of our visit to CPSES which included a N ew of QA program procedures.

During October 21 through October 24, 1985, J. Milhoan, J. Spraul and W. Belke of my staff met with various CPSES personnel at the Comanche Peak site to discuss and better understand the overall CPSES quality assurance program.

The results of these discussions were factored into a memorandum to you dated January 15, 1986.
