SITE VISIT BY THE CIVIL / STRUCTURAL GROUP

Two members of the Civil / Structural Group, TRT, visited the Comanche Peak Project Site on August 27 through August 29, 1985, and met with the representatives of The the Texas Utilities Generating Company (TUGCO) and their contractors.
purposes of the visit were:
1.
To witness the Unit 1 cable tray supports walkdown in progress.
2.
To collect the infomation pertinent to the new allegations.
A walkdown of five cable tray hangers (CTH) was observed in Unit 1 Contain-A.
ment building. The TRT members have been provided with the instructions describing the procedures by which the walkdown is conducted. During the discussion proceeding the walkdown the engineer in charge discussed with The CTH verification the TRT the procedures and the status of the walkdown.
