ENTRY CONDITIONS
}
This procedure was written for Modes 1, 2, and 3 assuming RHR is not j
in service f or cooldowc. Using this procedare when not in these modes requires a step by steo evaluation to determine if the required action l
}
is still applicable to current plant conditions.
j This proced re is entered from 1
j 1.
F.0P 3b E-1, LOSS OF REACTOR OR SECONDARY COOLANT, Step 14, on f
low-low RWST level.

j 2.
E0P 35 ECA-2.1, UNCONTEOLLED DEPRESSURIZATION OF ALL STEAM GENERATORS Step 9, on low-low RWST level' 3.

STEP ACTIONiEXPFCTED RESPONSE RESPONSE NOT OSTAINED CAUTION 1.
SI recirculation flow to RCS must be maintained at all times, 2.
If of fsite power is lost af ter SI reset, manual action may be required to restart safeguards equipment.
NOTE 1.
Steps 1 and 2 should be performed without delay.
Functional Response procedures should not be implemented prior to completion of these steps.
2.
Foldout page should be open.
3.
Once in Hecirculation Mode Sequencer will start loads for Cold Leg Recirculation.

- 1. Either train of containment recirculation spray can supply water to the core.
- 2. Valves with "(power lockout)" appearing after them have a power lockout switch on either the front or the rear of MB2 which must be ON to permit valve operation.
- 3. One SI pump and one charging pump can supply the required minimum recirculation flow.
I CAUTION
- 2. The Containment Rectre Pumps should never be run at >$000 gpn and can run for only one hour at' flows >4600 gpm.
Excessive flows through s
(
the heat exchanger can cause tube failure.
2 Align Rl[R And Containment IF at least one flow path Recirculation Spray Systems from the sump to the RCS for Cold Leg Recirculation can NOT be established using the recirc changeover or maintained, THEN go array or manual operation to E0P 35 ECA-1.1, LOSS OF EMERGENCY COOLANT RECIRCULATION, Step 1.
